All packages include 2 photographers (except the documentary 4 hr.). All images available in color or black and white. Through our partnership with Pictage, Inc. your wedding photographs will be online. This will allow you to view and share your wedding day with friends and family. The site is set up for anyone to order reprints and enlargements directly from the web site. Proof magazine albums are yours to keep as well as a DVD of all the images in the albums. Your proofs will be available on line to view within 2 weeks after your wedding and your proof album will be completed shortly after that. You will receive the DVD 6 months after the wedding date. .

• The Documentary Wedding (4 hours) $1600.00
One photographer documenting your day. Available for non-Saturdays or off-season Saturdays (Nov.-March). Minimum 4 hour booking is required. A unique candid approach with some formals. Approximately 400 images printed in a proof magazine album format (6 images up on a page), DVD of all of these images and a web site (on line viewing/ordering for 6 months) $400.00 deposit holds your wedding date and goes toward this total package. Not available Holiday weekends.

• The Wedding and Reception (6 hours) $2900.00
Includes coverage of the ceremony, the reception and any formals before or after the ceremony (two photographers for 6 hours). Photographs at the reception can include additional formals if desired, the traditional standards and lots of candids. Approximately 600 proofs printed in a proof magazine album format (6 images up on a page), DVD of all of these images and a web site. (on line viewing/ordering for 6 months). A $600.00 deposit holds your wedding date and goes toward your total package price.

• The Wedding and Reception (8 hours) $3400.00
This package is just right for full coverage of your day, starting with pre-ceremony preparatory activities, as well as formals before or after the ceremony, and coverage of the reception, two photographers for 8 hours. Approximately 700 proofs printed in a proof magazine album format (6 images up on a page), DVD of all of these images and a web site. (on line viewing/ordering for 3 months).A $700.00 deposit holds your wedding date and goes toward your total package price.

• The Perfect Day (10 hours) $3900.00
The perfect day is just that--total photographic documentation of your wedding day. We help with the scheduling of your day to maximize complete coverage. Two photographers for the full 10 hours, 900 proofs printed in a proof magazine album format (6 or 12 images up on a page), DVD of all of these images and a web site. (on line viewing/ordering for 1 year). A $800.00 deposit holds your wedding date and goes toward your total package price.

Reprints & Enlargement

Deposit
Each package requires a nonrefundable deposit* to hold your wedding day. Please note the deposit amount for your package choice. The remaining balance, including applicable sales tax, is due 15 days before the wedding. We will set up a special appointment with you near this time to go over last-minute details. Any additional costs (parking, mileage, toll fees etc.) will be due when you receive your proofs. Additional time when requested the day of the wedding, is billed at $475.00 per hour.

Travel
Travel is free within Dane County and within a 25 mile radius of Chicago’s city center. Outside of these areas mileage is billed at .80 per mile roundtrip. Travel to out of state areas (outside WI or IL) will be quoted including time and airfare.

Equipment and Film
Our digital equipment includes the Nikon professional series cameras and Canon professional series cameras. We work with numerous lenses and on camera flash units with both of these systems (when needed). In addition we will bring studio lighting for special lighting situations. We carry plenty of flash cards/memory and have a system for backing up all of the images we capture throughout the day.
